Parking Rules Prior Update

PARKING LOT RULES & TERMS

Initials where indicated are required.

Space renewals are the exclusive responsibility of the space holder. Prior season’s paid spaces are automatically released to the public if not renewed by the renewal deadline. Notification for space renewals will be sent to space holders via email or ‘text message’ only. Once a space goes public and is then purchased by another customer, there will be no way to re-secure that space, until it goes public again.

If you’re interested in being notified, via email or ‘text message’, of when a certain space becomes available, you may add that space to your “wait list”, which will notify you of the “availability” of that space. Spaces that become available are available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

You’re selecting a space; however, management reserves the right to cancel or assign you another similar space to accommodate new parking space designs or for other reasons. Space sizes are within ± 6-inch tolerance. Football season parking is for regular conference games and does not include post-season playoffs or championships.

Trucks are not allowed to park in car spaces. If your space states “No RV/Truck”, you may not park a truck or large SUV there, even if your vehicle can squeeze within its lines. All spaces are very specific sizes, providing a comfortable room between vehicles for your neighbors! You must fit everything into this designated space, which includes, but is not limited to: your vehicles/trailer, any push-outs, steps, awnings, quick shades, tie-downs, etc. You may only park in your own designated space. Failing to park only in your designated space and to keep everything within your space will result in expulsion without refund.

• Never impact the quiet enjoyment of others’ spaces! This includes :
       ◦ Amplified music
       ◦ Commercial generators
       ◦ Exhaust from vehicles/generators
       ◦ Barking dogs (dogs should also NEVER be unattended)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sorry, there are no refunds, at any time, for any reason. Credit balances may be carried for 1 year only, from the date the credit was issued before the credit balance is forfeited. You may swap your space for another available space, on this website, only during specified dates.

To swap a space, you should first select an available space, prior to releasing your paid space. Not all spaces cost the same. You may need to pay the difference of the increase in cost or receive a credit balance for a space that costs less, depending on the space you want to swap to.
